How do I book my party hire?
To secure your booking, simply click on the buttons below each item to check availability and book online. If you prefer you can call us to book by phone. Please have your credit or debit card ready when you call.
How much space do I need?
Most of our bouncy castles for hire and other inflatables have the size required as part of the product description. This is the minimum you will need. If an inflatable is especially large, we will normally mention it in the description too.
If you have any doubt about the suitability of your space for your chosen inflatable, it is vital that you call us before you book to avoid disappointment on the day.
What about access?
We need good, clear access to transport your inflatable from our delivery van to the party site. Most inflatables will fit through a standard gateway or doorway but again, if you have any doubts, it is always better to check with us in advance rather than just booking and hoping it fits.
What does my hire include?
We supply everything you need for bouncy fun, including your inflatable, crash mats, blower and an extension lead. You need to supply the electricity to operate the blower. If there is no power point nearby, we can offer the option of a petrol blower at an extra cost.
Can you provide helpers?
We are able to provide fully trained staff to supervise the use of equipment at larger events, however most smaller inflatables are simply delivered and collected later. It is up to you to provide a responsible adult to supervise your children as they play.
Is the bouncy castle safe?
Our set up teams are fully trained to secure your bouncy castle safely, indoors or out. They will also give you a full safety briefing before they leave so you can make sure everyone plays safely and avoids accidents. We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that result from the use of our inflatables unless they are caused by faulty equipment or negligence on our part.
Are the inflatables suitable for adults?
Most of our inflatables are designed for use by children aged 12 and under only, and this is stated clearly in the product description. However, we do have a range of adult bouncy castles for hire, along with other adult inflatables, so everyone can share the fun. These are made with thicker fabric and stronger seams to take the extra weight of adult bouncers.
Can we use our castle if it rains?
Most styles of bouncy castle have a built in shower cover. This will protect your kids from both light showers and strong sun. however, if the rain becomes heavier, or it gets stormy and windy, we would advise you to stop until things improve. This is for your own safety, as wet inflatables can be very hazardous.
How long do I get my inflatable for?
We will arrange your delivery and collection times with you before your event. Bouncy castles are delivered and set up by 12 noon and our collections run from 6pm onwards, so you'll have it for at least six hours.
Can I keep my inflatable overnight?
We understand that sometimes you just want to keep the party going that bit longer, so we are happy to arrange next day collection for a small additional fee.
What happens if I cancel my booking?
Cancellation up to 48hrs before your booking is free on private booking. Our corporate cancellation policy will be explained on booking. Deposits are non refundable.
What does delivery cost?
Delivery to many local postcodes in and around Louth is free of charge. When we have to travel further, we will make a small charge to cover our costs. To find out your personal delivery cost, select your area from the drop down menu on the online booking pages or call us for details.
Do you deliver to my area?
Tumble ‘n’ Fun deliver right across the north east of Ireland and across the border into Northern Ireland. We can also deliver nationwide for larger orders such as fairs, fetes and corporate events.
